Absolutely delighted with the way Jourdan Khoo and Joey Bachrach handled the sale of my house from start to finish. I was out of the country but felt like I had a full concierge service. They were fully accessible and attentive always, despite the time difference. Starting with arranging staging, great photographs and marketing materials, coordinating repairs, all the way to final negotiations, they alleviated all the stress normally associated with selling a house and provided me with an exceptional and professional service.

I do not even know where to begin when writing about how WONDERFUL Jourdan has been to work with. He has taken such an overwhelming experience of being a first time homebuyer and made the process easy and seamless while keeping my husband and I informed every step of the way. This was my first home purchase and Jourdan guided me through the whole thing and was there for me at every step! Hillaree is nothing short of wonderful, and I simply cannot recommend her enough. I've had the good fortune of working with a number of really good brokers in my life (and some awful ones too), but Hillaree went above and beyond what I've ever seen before. Here are the details: My girlfriend and I were looking to rent a home in San Diego at the height of the early 2022 real estate market craze - when the demand for homes was SO much stronger than the supply, it was almost impossible to find a place. Hillaree was incredibly positive and communicative (and just great to work with) throughout the process. Early on, she sent us an email with information about an amazing house before it went on the market (which allowed us to be the first people to visit it), and then - when we decided we wanted to rent the house - she stayed on top of the other side's broker to the point where, after the deal was completed, the other broker couldn't stop talking about how wonderful Hillaree was. Again, I have nothing but wonderful things to say ... and I highly recommend her work.

We (myself and my husband) had the BEST experience with Hillaree and her team. She/they were there for us when we had questions, great listeners, never pushy, and truly cared about our experience as first time home buyers and our happiness. Not only do I highly recommend Hillaree for your buying and or selling needs, we will also DEFINITELY be using her as our agent again in the future when we are ready to move again. Mina Garrett helped us buy our first home. Mina was so perfect to work with. She was everything that I wanted, and she was also everything I didn't know I needed. I was nervous and didn't know much about buying a home. Mina was very approachable and very easy to understand. She was very professional, very knowledgeable, resourceful, reliable, dependable, and punctual.

What I loved the most about Mina was that she was down to earth, empathetic, straight forward, honest, respectful, and very concerned about being ethical. Mina was very kind but also firm and a great expeditor in moving the transaction along quickly. It was nice to feel like someone had my back. I had my own work I had to do but I was grateful that I didn't pick someone that was unreliable to work with. Honestly, as a business professional myself - Mina is the person that we all strive to be to a customer.

I'm grateful for her help with such a big purchase, but I'm also grateful for the great example of a human being she is that I was able to experience and actually be inspired.
